Despite a less helpful receptionist, the spa amenities were great including a loved adult pool and access to a gym and hot tub. Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the spa and the high quality of professional services offered. There were a few disappointments with the spa not yet being open for some visitors, but overall the spa was a wonderful addition to an already fantastic resort and hotel experience.
