Guests highly recommend using the spa during your stay and some even had fantastic facials and manicures. The location is excellent and the staff is also highly praised, making for an all-around special stay.

However, other guests found the spa area to be disappointing, outdated and rundown with issues including dirty pool, sauna and jacuzzi and spa showers with no hot water. Some guests described difficulties with noisy children and confusing separate facilities. Unfortunately for some, the spa also suffered from closures or issues such as the hot water stopping working, the jacuzzi being out of service and early closure, meaning some guests didn't get to use the spa facilities as expected. Despite this mixed feedback, some guests enjoyed treatments at the rena Spa and found the spa to be a great addition to their stay.
